“[My TLA Coach] was highly experienced and consistently shared valuable insights and real-world experiences that helped guide me throughout the year. He was supportive, resourceful, and created a comfortable environment that made it easy for me to openly discuss challenges, ask questions, and reflect on my own experiences as a leader.”

“Barnstable Public Schools worked with TLA to conduct a thorough and comprehensive search for an Executive Director of Special Education, a position that had been difficult to fill for the past several years. TLA customized the search to our needs, including identifying and working through multiple variables that had limited our search efforts. This included a custom survey and conducting focus groups in order to elicit desired criteria from our stakeholders. The consultants served as important advisors to the Superintendent and Human Resources Department, understanding both the technical and adaptive aspects of conducting the recruitment of an excellent leader.”

“Just writing to once again say Thank You. Your class, energy and knowledge is above and beyond. I PASSED THE MTEL!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Words can’t express how thankful and happy I am right now. The way that you present and teach is FABULOUS.  Your team is amazing and I’m lucky that I was able to learn from the BEST. You made it easy to stay engaged and active. Always positive and sharing different ways of thinking and analyzing. MUCH EASIER! Thanks for the amazing videos and guide.”

“Our partnership with Teaching & Learning Alliance was instrumental in developing a comprehensive strategic plan that is both visionary and inclusive… we were able to … capture the voice and input of a variety of community members including students, educators, families and caregivers, and community officials… resulting in a strategic plan that will support Dartmouth Public Schools in…  becoming One Dartmouth.”

“Promoting joyful classrooms and a love of learning is at the heart of everything TLA does. They go beyond leading teachers to improved practice, they help a school community develop a positive mindset about how to foster classrooms that value literacy. Perhaps this is what connects so deeply with teachers.”
